meet our leadership team

Sean Connolly

Chair

Sean was one of our founding partners back in 2000 and has led the company ever since. Sean plays a key role in driving the innovation and thinking behind the unique ways of working that help our clients achieve transformational change. Because our clients are often leaders in their own sectors, this demands a blend of conceptual rigor, integrated thinking and the ability to connect at all levels quickly to make things happen fast, whilst also ensuring they’re sustainable.

Working across Europe and the US, Sean has been instrumental in transforming business for a wide range of clients, including Walgreens, Severn Trent Water, and Boots. With sector experience encompassing retail, manufacturing, utilities and life sciences, he has deep expertise in transformation program design, customer back and future back thinking, strategy development and sustainable execution, lean process design, leadership development and culture change.

In 2017 Sean was named a Global Leader in Consulting Innovation by US-based Consulting Magazine; a prestigious award which is a testament to the deep insight, empathy and integrity he brings to his work with our clients’ businesses. In his time off, you’ll find him either watercolour painting, exploring far corners of the world, or reading about plants, or politics, or how to be a better ancestor.

Hannah Crossley

Principal
hannahcrossley@egremontgroup.com

With over 15 years of experience, Hannah’s work has spanned all four of our service offerings and she has a passion for people-centred transformational change. Her area of expertise is in leading projects with a focus on driving change through operating model / organisation design and leadership development with clients across sectors including retail, leisure, utilities, financial services and the not-for-profit sector. She has worked in Europe, the US and Australasia.

Hannah is driven by giving a voice to those people in organisations who aren’t typically heard, helping to unlock the potential of people and teams within the business – the thing that really captures her are the moments of growth in the teams and individuals she’s worked with.

Hannah is passionate about making a positive difference – both through her projects and in the wider world. She leads our BCorp agenda, which maintains a focus on how to give back, support sustainability initiatives, and leave a long-lasting positive impact.

Hannah loves sustainable knitwear, really good cheddar, and Somerset cider. She’s spent the last few months renovating her house and planting her garden (but she promises she’s not boring).
